It is all too easy to follow conventional wisdom and you may think that in such a new medium this is strange and there is no conventional wisdom, but you are wrong. The industry is growing at an incredibly fast rate therefore learn the game, then change it.

Content is king to not only drive engagement, raise your authority, add value to the end user, build connections with customers, suppliers, media, influencers and people. But you need a roll-out strategy or plan at the very least. Identify your audience, objectives, tactical execution activities, associated technologies to support monitoring and measurement and execute faithfully or run the risk of a #SocialMediaFail.
